Inviting applications for the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer! In this role - Assist R&D teams in the design and maintenance projects of X-ray tubes and coolers for medical devices. Define concept and design changes on X-ray tubes. Participate in integration, verification, and quality improvement of tube coolers on bays. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, 2D drawings, material selection, and product nomenclature management. Responsibilities Mechanical design and design change management for X-ray tubes and coolers High voltage analysis and simulations using ANSYS and Opera 2D/3D Definition of specifications and participation in technical design reviews Raw material analysis and strength calculations CAD modeling of parts and assemblies using Creo Computer simulations and physical analysis under various constraints Cooling system design, including flow and pressure analysis and test instruction definition Drawing of parts and assemblies with dimensioning and tolerancing Identification of critical criteria and essential characteristics Drafting of assembly instructions Construction and updating of technical files (Bill of Materials, Bill of Sources in MyWorkShop) Supplier selection and collaboration for compliance and performance Coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and production lines for part validation and modifications Management of supplier control plans and reliability plans Rapid prototyping, parts procurement, and prototype assembly Technical testing of prototypes and performance verification Compliance with regulations and guidelines Technical support to other design teams (e.g., electronics and cooling systems) Qualifications we seek in you!
