Job Description

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Buro Happold, you will be part of the Building Services team in Bengaluru, working on innovative and sustainable engineering solutions for complex construction projects in India and beyond. Your role will involve: - Detailed design drawings with a specialization in mechanical design, particularly HVAC. - Preparation of technical specifications, schedules, and design development reports. - Planning and management of CAD documentation for design work. - Keeping senior design team members informed of important service/design decisions to achieve project objectives. - Managing project finances, monitoring scope, and ensuring quality. - Planning and organizing your workload to meet clients" expectations. - Attending client, site, and external design team meetings. Your skills and experience should include: - 8-12 years" experience in building services design engineering. - Strong experience in HVAC designing. - Ability to work independently and in a team-based organization. - Knowledge of Indian standards and broad building design concepts. - Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, IES, and Hevacomp software. - Understanding of electrical concepts and collaboration with key design team members. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject.
