Senior Mechanical Designer

You are invited to join Asiatic Electrical & Switchgear Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior 3D Mechanical Designer based in Bhiwadi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in converting innovative electrical switchgear concepts into manufacturable products using SolidWorks. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating precise 3D/2D mechanical designs for LV & MV switchgear panels with SolidWorks. - Crafting GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and busbar layouts customized for sheet metal. - Working closely with electrical engineers to ensure smooth electro-mechanical integration. - Ensuring all designs meet IEC, IS, and client-specific standards. - Optimizing designs for cost-effective fabrication and compact layouts. - Compiling and reviewing BOMs, inputting data into SAP, and coordinating with procurement. - Engaging in prototype construction, design validation, and production issue resolution. - Maintaining updated design documentation for production and client approvals. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Over 5 years of experience in designing sheet metal enclosures for electrical switchgear. - Proficiency in SolidWorks, particularly in sheet metal design and assemblies. - In-depth knowledge of fabrication, punching, bending, and machining techniques. - Strong understanding of IP protection classes, thermal characteristics, and busbar layouts.,
