Job Description

Extensive Automotive Experience: Proven experience as an auto mechanic with a strong understanding of various vehicle systems. Diagnostic Expertise: Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot complex issues. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicle components and systems. Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to mentor and guide junior mechanics and effectively communicate with customers and other team members. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex vehicle issues. Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment. Certification: ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications or equivalent are often preferred.
