Job Description

As a senior member of the APAC Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing the India DME Digital marketing strategy for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Your responsibilities include formulating and executing marketing strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion rates for Adobe's product portfolios in India. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute full-funnel marketing programs, driving marketing innovation, project management of campaign launches, managing budgets, and contributing to quarterly business and marketing reviews. You will utilize data analytics and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering business growth through marketing programs, at least 10 years of experience in B2C digital marketing in India, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Additionally, experience in full-funnel campaigns, working with agencies, and a customer-first approach are essential. Proficiency in project management, navigating a matrix organization, and influencing stakeholders at all levels is crucial for success in this role. A relevant bachelor's degree is required, and knowledge of Adobe products is highly desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary, and proficiency in additional languages for India is valued.
