Senior Marketing Executive

As a Senior Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for leading the marketing function across our group of companies in education, architecture, and retail. This high-responsibility role is suited for individuals who have previous experience working at an agency or managing full-scale campaigns independently. If you enjoy taking ownership, driving ideas from concept to execution, and creating measurable impact, this role will provide you with the perfect platform to showcase your skills and expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple brands. - Lead social media strategy, content planning, and publishing across all major platforms. - Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with clear performance metrics. - Oversee production of static creatives, videos, reels, short-form content, and promotional materials. - Write compelling copy for ads, campaigns, and brand communication. - Coordinate website updates, landing pages, SEO improvements, and digital brand presence. - Plan and execute PR activities, events, physical promotions, and outreach campaigns. - Monitor campaign results, generate reports, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. - Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, photographers, designers, and videographers. **Required Experience & Skills:** - Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing agency or equivalent independent marketing role. - Strong expertise in: - Social media marketing - Meta Ads & Google Ads - Video and graphic content production - Copywriting and campaign messaging - Website management & SEO - PR, branding, and event promotions - Proven ability to lead and execute campaigns end-to-end with measurable outcomes. - Hands-on mindset, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work in our Calicut (Corporate Office) location with a salary ranging from 28,000 to 40,000 based on experience.
