Senior Manufacturing Consultant – Oracle Cloud & MES Integration

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and hands-on experience in MES/PLC integration. The ideal candidate will support the digital transformation of manufacturing processes, combining deep functional knowledge with real-time automation and integration capabilities.

This is a fully remote role with global exposure, working with enterprise clients to streamline production and manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (SCM/MFG) implementations

Configure and support Oracle Manufacturing, Work Orders, BOM, Routing, and Production Scheduling

Collaborate with plant teams to understand automation needs and integrate MES systems with Oracle Cloud

Enable PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) communication and real-time data exchange with ERP systems

Support line automation initiatives and data capture for improved shop floor visibility

Troubleshoot manufacturing execution issues and provide production support

Document integration architecture, interface specifications, and configuration

Required Skills & Qualifications:
9+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT, with strong Oracle Cloud Manufacturing expertise

Deep knowledge of Manufacturing Workflows, WIP, Inventory, BOM, Routings, and Scheduling

Experience integrating MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) with Oracle Cloud ERP

Familiarity with PLC systems, sensors, and machine interfaces in production environments

Solid understanding of production floor operations, automation, and line control systems

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with production data mapping, real-time interfaces, and integration monitoring

Preferred Skills:
Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for MES/PLC connections

Experience in IoT, SCADA, or Industry 4.0 initiatives

Prior involvement in large-scale Manufacturing Transformation Projects

Knowledge of shop floor systems like GE Proficy, Rockwell, Siemens MES, etc.

Oracle Cloud certifications (Manufacturing or SCM)
