We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manual Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in manual therapy techniques and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and develop individualised treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Perform advanced manual therapy techniques, including mobilisation, manipulation, and soft tissue release. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on proper posture, exercises, and self-management strategies to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress reports. Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists, fostering a culture of learning and development. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and integrate evidence-based approaches into patient care. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy (MPT preferred). Proven experience in manual therapy or related fields. Proficient in advanced manual therapy techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-first approach. Valid professional license/certification to practice physiotherapy.
