Managing the Procurement team for 4 members Night Shift from 7pm to 4 AM.
Must to have knowledge Requisition creation, requisition approvals, requisition monitoring
Purchase Order creation, monitoring expiring engagements
Dashboard updates
Services and Goods receipt status monitoring and receipt creation (where applicable)
Change Order/add funds request processing
PO invoice status monitoring; troubleshooting POs and invoices
Facilitating and/or executing supplier onboarding tasks (e.g. supplier master data collection, collecting required supplier due diligence information)
Facilitating/monitoring procurement support requests (tickets) o Submitting procurement support requests (tickets) on behalf of business requestors (upon request)
Facilitating the capture and extraction of contract/agreement data o Ad hoc projects, such as updating supplier payment terms; the ad hoc projects must be described in writing to Supplier
