Senior Manager/AGM - L&A Insurance Operations

As a Senior Manager/AGM in L&A Insurance Operations, your role will involve managing back office operations supporting Life and Annuity businesses while handling client requirements. You will need to provide support and guidance to delivery managers across different locations and units, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations such as GDPR. It is important to mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Insurance Life & Annuities and Regulatory Requirements. Your domain expertise and hands-on experience in core Insurance Business processes, along with a comprehensive understanding of the complete value chain of Life insurance and annuities, will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you should have experience in managing large operational delivery both offshore and onshore, leading onsite transitions, and overseeing delivery improvement projects across multiple sites and clients. Your responsibilities will also include SLA Management and Reporting, Continuous Process Improvement, Escalation Management, and resolution of complex process issues in partnership with clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team and with clients.
