Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of accountants to deliver accurate financial statements - Ensure compliance with US Accounting and taxation laws - Provide leadership and guidance to team members - Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero effectively - Train team members to enhance their skills Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or other relevant accounting professionals - Minimum 4 years of accounting experience with at least 3+ years in a managerial role - Excellent knowledge of US Accounting and taxation laws - Strong communication and leadership skills - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software - Experience in managing and training team members - Certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be a plus Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule at the Ahmedabad facilities of KMK Ventures.
