Job Description

As a Senior Manager Training in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry, you will lead a team of training professionals to design and deliver impactful learning programs. Your role will focus on enhancing agent performance, ensuring quality service delivery, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive training strategy for all aspects of contact center operations in alignment with the overall business goals. - Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in training and development. - Experience in training for both voice and non-voice contact center processes including chat, email, and social media. - Expertise in creating engaging and effective learning content. - Demonstrable experience with various training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design concepts. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field. - Strong skills in CONTACT CENTRE TRAINING.
