Senior Manager - Testing

You will be responsible for managing testing processes within the QEA practice with 14-16 years of work experience, ensuring quality assurance and efficient project delivery. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of testers, fostering effective collaboration and skill development. You will oversee test execution, monitor progress, and provide reports on testing outcomes. Creating and owning the program Test Plan, detailing timelines, resources, and deliverables will also be part of your responsibilities. Coordinating and managing testing phases, overseeing day-to-day testing activities, and ensuring adherence to the agreed strategy and plan across resources will be crucial. Assigning and managing tasks for the testing team, acting as the main point of contact for testing-related queries from stakeholders, and tracking/reporting on testing metrics, progress, and defect statuses are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors or partners involved in testing, ensure adherence to quality standards, and escalate risks or issues as needed to deliver industry-compliant test delivery.
