Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning & Strategy at Atomgrid, you will be responsible for building strong supplier partnerships and managing end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes. Your role will involve supporting the demand team and driving category growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the product portfolio, directly impacting category performance and business results. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemicals, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in operations-intensive roles. You must have a proven track record in commercial, stakeholder, relationship, and operational management, coupled with strong leadership skills to inspire and build high-performing teams. Your strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities will be essential, as well as your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, designing and managing an end-to-end supply chain to meet business objectives, sourcing raw materials focusing on price, quality, reliability, and sustainability, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance. You will also be driving product development, documentation, and commercialization, ensuring alignment with market demand and regulatory requirements, while striving for operational efficiencies, process streamlining, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performance team will be a key aspect of your role, along with continuously monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide insights guiding procurement and supply chain strategy. You will be responsible for updating management on supply chain performance, key initiatives, and strategic risk/opportunities, ensuring transparency and proactive communication across functions.
