As a Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships (Europe Region) at Seceon Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic cybersecurity partnerships across Europe. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners across Europe, including MSSPs, VARs, Distributors, and Technology Alliances. - Developing a robust partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy for European markets to drive joint pipeline creation, sales acceleration, and revenue growth through partners. - Maintaining strong partner relationships through regular engagement, performance tracking, and enablement programs. - Collaborating with marketing for regional campaigns, partner events, and co-branding efforts. - Working with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and technical support to ensure partner success. - Monitoring cybersecurity market trends, competition, and compliance requirements in Europe. - Preparing progress reports and business plans for leadership. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity channel/partnership roles. - Strong understanding of the European cybersecurity market and partner ecosystem. - Proven track record in partner acquisition and revenue growth. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Zoominfo. - Ability to independently handle C-level discussions and business negotiations. - Experience working with distributed global teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
