As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of a roadmap for AI adoption aligned with business goals. This involves identifying and prioritizing areas where AI can enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, or improve decision-making. Collaborating with business leaders to prioritize use cases and define success metrics will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of AI solutions. - Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs to upskill employees on AI tools and concepts such as Power Apps and Copilot. - Create toolkits and playbooks to accelerate AI deployment. - Document successful AI use cases and lessons learned. - Facilitate knowledge sharing across Lines of Business through workshops, communities of practice, and internal portals. - Partner with Global Communications to amplify successful use cases. - Standardize frameworks for evaluating and scaling AI initiatives. - Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions. - Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve user experience. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in supporting AI adoption and implementation. - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Experience in designing and delivering training programs. - Excellent documentation and knowledge sharing capabilities. - Change management experience to drive adoption of new solutions.
