Senior Manager - Sourcing & Procurement

As a Senior Manager - Sourcing & Procurement at AB InBev India, your role will involve leading teams and driving PMOs with senior management. You will be responsible for creating and implementing MRO procurement category strategy based on guidelines from Zone & Global. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting category spend analysis regularly to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and catalog buying. - Developing a dashboard to provide visibility to relevant stakeholders. - Implementing vendor managed inventory for fast-moving SKUs across breweries. - Collaborating with the brewery team to lead and drive localization for spares & services. - Creating rate cards for spares & services and ensuring procurement through automation. - Working with stakeholders on supplier eligibility, management, and development as per purchasing procedures. - Reviewing existing vendor agreements from a commercial perspective to align key terms with company guidelines. - Performing quarterly category risk assessment and initiating risk mitigation measures. - Creating annual contracts, reviewing, signing, and ensuring implementation of negotiated contracts. - Providing timely reports on category performance to leadership regularly. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing. - Masters degree in supply chain management (Preferred). - Proven track record of managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts. - Experience with procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with sustainability practices in procurement is a plus.
