Senior Manager-SCM-Material Audit-CV Operations-TMCV

As an Inventory Control Auditor, your main responsibility is to audit and ensure the effectiveness of the Material Management system to maintain accurate inventory and consumption levels. You will also be tasked with identifying initiatives to reduce inventory at the plant and reporting relevant issues through scheduled MIS Reporting and exception reports. - End to end reconciliation of parts for real-time production booking. - Coordinating with the warehouse team for physical verification of ABC category parts to isolate stock mismatches and discrepancies. - Conducting analysis of non-moving and slow-moving parts at regular intervals. - Facilitating vendor stock audits and coordinating stock audits by external auditors. - Collaborating with internal customers for physical verification and action plans on auditors" findings. - Ensuring timely stock taking and analyzing stock variances for necessary improvements. - Validating stocks and implementing corrections. - Formalizing action plans based on audit results. - Ensuring proper inventory control to reduce inventory costs. - Developing and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders to achieve targets. - Identifying areas for potential opportunities and recommending improvements for smooth processes. Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering. - Relevant Experience: 9-12 years. - Experience working in the Automotive industry. - Experience in Material Auditing.,
