Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4 HANA implementation across the organization. This role involves overseeing program planning, vendor coordination, and execution management. You will ensure project milestones are delivered with high quality and cost efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for SAP implementation. Lead product sizing, budgeting, and partner engagement. Manage scope, quality, and delivery timelines for all SAP modules. Build and lead a capable internal SAP team. Align cross-functional teams and ensure delivery through collaboration. Define and operate a DevOps support model post-implementation. Handle SAP upgrades with business continuity. Drive cloud deployment efficiency and manage ongoing operational costs. Performance Indicators: Successful execution of SAP milestones on time and budget. Quality delivery with minimal customizations and production issues. Effective change management across departments. Robust partner contracts and risk-managed engagement models. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Master’s in Engineering or equivalent. Certifications: SAP S/4 HANA certification in relevant manufacturing areas. Experience: 12–15 years with minimum 2 full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations. Experience in Manufacturing; exposure to Healthcare/Life Sciences is a plus. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SAP PP, QM, and related functional integration. Familiarity with FIORI tiles, Launchpad, and transaction apps. Understanding of MES/IT-OT integration preferred. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, proactive execution, and cross-functional communication. Ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively. Languages: English (mandatory), Tamil (preferred)
