Senior Manager-Sales (Real Estate)

As a Senior Sales Manager in the Real Estate Division based in Ludhiana, Punjab, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the sales team to achieve project sales targets and revenue goals. - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans for real estate projects. - Managing client relations, corporate sales, and channel partner networks. - Conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking. - Training and mentoring sales executives for performance improvement. - Collaborating with marketing and project teams for promotional strategies. The desired candidate profile for this role includes: - Graduation/Post-graduation in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate. - 8-15 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in leadership roles. - Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
