Job Description

Position: Senior Manager – Sales
Department: Sales (Real Estate Division)
Location: Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana, Punjab
Experience Required: 8–15 Years (Real Estate Industry Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve project sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for real estate projects.
  • Manage client relations, corporate sales, and channel partner networks.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Train and mentor sales executives for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams for promotional strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate.
  • 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Salary: As per industry standards.
