Job Description

As an individual contributor for driving the Data Centre & Industry End-user segment, your role will involve: - Delivering the assigned sales target on Data Centre accounts and Industry End User segment focusing on products like Transformer, HT Panel, LV Panels, Power breakers & busducts, power quality & measurement, UPS, Cooling Solutions, Software, and industrial automation products with a One SE approach. - Customer mapping and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Retaining the existing DC clients and converting new accounts to the India DC End User market. - Prospecting for new segments and increasing the share for Schneider Electric. - Creating Business forecast, Market Potential, Competition analysis, and GTM trend. - Realizing prices from the Market with a segment focus approach. - Connecting with DC EU and all Industry accounts, pitching One SE, updating them on new products, Innovation, EcoStruxure Offers, and Solutions for all three Layers Connected Product, Edge Control & Apps, and Analytics along with Sustainable journey and Digital events. - Collaborating with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance the business. - Developing strong prescription/demand generation for the region along with closing the loops of opportunities through targeted Customers. - Increasing the footprint of innovative and new offers in the Market. - Knowledge of Basic Finance KPI fundamentals. Qualifications: - Minimum 6/8 years of experience, preferably with Data Center & Industry End User exposure (Pharma, WWW, MMM). - Knowledge of Industrial Automation is desirable. - Familiarity with Industrial Automation Software and Energy Management Software. - Expertise in Power Systems including Transformer, HT panel, LV Panel, and UPS. As an applicant for this role, you should have a strong networking ability with internal and external stakeholders, be capable of planning and achieving sales goals, delivering technical and product presentations, understanding market and competition trends, customer mapping, and tapping untapped verticals/segments. Additionally, having commercial competency and understanding of contracts, competition landscape, and working knowledge of Low Voltage Offers, Medium Voltage Offers, Low Voltage Sandwich Busduct, and Secure Power (which includes UPS, Racks & Cooling Solutions, Digital Energy Product offering that includes advanced Power Monitoring Solutions & Energy Management for DC Segment) with a One Schneider Electric approach will be advantageous.
