Job Description

Role Overview: InMobi Advertising is seeking a Senior Manager Techstack to own the design, implementation, and optimization of the company's GTM (Go-To-Market) technology strategy with an AI-first mindset. As the architect and operator of the revenue technology ecosystem, you will be responsible for ensuring scalability, automation, and intelligence across the Lead-to-Cash process. This pivotal role will lay the foundation for predictable revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the long-term GTM tech strategy with a focus on scalability, interoperability, and AI-first adoption. - Own the end-to-end revenue technology ecosystem, including platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, CaptivateIQ, Operative/OMS, analytics tools, and AI platforms. - Collaborate with IT, Product, and Security teams to ensure compliance, governance, and cost efficiency. - Integrate AI-driven capabilities into core GTM workflows such as forecasting, lead scoring, deal insights, territory planning, churn prediction, and incentive optimization. - Evaluate and onboard GenAI and ML-based tools to enhance sales productivity, marketing attribution, and revenue forecasting. - Build automation and decisioning layers to streamline manual efforts and provide predictive, self-serve insights for GTM teams. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to translate GTM priorities into tech requirements. - Act as the RevTech advisor to senior leadership, influencing investment decisions based on ROI-driven recommendations. - Drive adoption through structured change management to ensure tools deliver business impact. - Partner with the Revenue Intelligence team to ensure seamless data flow for accurate dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting. - Establish governance standards and documentation for tool usage to maintain a unified source of truth. - Monitor and optimize tool usage, adoption, and spend to align with Annual Operating Plan (AOP). - Continuously benchmark against best-in-class RevTech stacks in SaaS and AdTech. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Systems, with a minimum of 4+ years managing RevTech stack strategy. - Demonstrated success in implementing AI-led automation in GTM workflows. - Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and exposure to platforms like HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, CaptivateIQ, Operative, or similar. - Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes in SaaS/AdTech, including pipeline management, forecasting, commissions, and customer lifecycle. - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess technology ROI and drive adoption across global teams. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the capacity to influence senior leadership. - Exposure to AI/ML technologies such as predictive analytics, GenAI, and workflow automation is essential.
