Job Description

Qualification:

Experience :

Essential : 10 to 15 yrs experience in the field of development of High precision machined parts and related process layouts on CNC Milling and Turning .

At least 3 years experience in design and drawing of machined component s with proficiency in AUTO CAD and SOLID MODELLING.
At least 5 years of proven hands on experience in CNC Programming for milling and turning and in shop management / supervision and sourcing for related tools, cutters and attachments
At least 2 to 3 yrs experience in Business development in the field of Defence and Aerospace for High precision CNC machined components.
At least 2 yrs. Experience in sourcing and purchase of the raw materials and services for the related processes/products.

Skill sets :

Good communications and negotiation skills.
Should be able to respond in time to the enquiries /tenders on line .
Should have an aptitude to build teams in the related fields and lead them to better performance in a competitive and progressive environment.

Desirable:

Responsibilities:

Finding leads in the Mechoptronics products through various means with focus on Defence and Aerospace.
Communication with the customers .
Product engineering involving related design and drawing
Coordination with the design and manufacturing teams for the successful execution and dispatch.
Follow up for approvals of the product and the related payments.
Team building.
