As the Director / Senior Manager of program management and operations, your role involves providing operational support and leadership for the Sales Development Team. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, driving efficiency, managing people, and leading end-to-end program management for key initiatives and client engagements. Your leadership will play a crucial role in creating a high-performance, data-driven, and innovative operations culture that delivers measurable business outcomes. - **Operational Leadership:** Oversee key operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. - **Program Management:** Own the full program lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. - **Process Optimization & Innovation:** Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities by leveraging technology and AI to drive productivity and eliminate bottlenecks. - **Sales Operations Excellence:** Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of sales operations, including campaign management and performance tracking. - **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, utilize analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, mitigate risks, and inform operational decisions. - **Change Management:** Lead and champion change initiatives to support business transformation and operational excellence. - **People Leadership & Talent Development:** Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, foster an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture, proactively address people issues, and support career growth. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or business/program operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Demonstrated success in managing large, distributed teams and complex operational structures in a sales or sales operations role. - Proven experience in end-to-end program management, including risk management and cross-functional project delivery. - Strong understanding of technology, automation, and AI, and their application in process improvement. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma is a plus. - Advanced proficiency in CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Power BI. - Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. - A Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field (an MBA is preferred).
