What the role offers: We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Professional Services Delivery team in India CoE. In this role, you will drive customer implementations, service delivery, and 24x7 product support for our financial services solution, ensuring seamless customization to meet client needs. As a key member of the India CoE leadership team, you will collaborate with Global Professional Services leadership to drive strategic initiatives. You will lead a high-performing team of 20+ professionals across product development (including client customizations and roadmap-driven enhancements), service delivery/client support, and software/platform support. Additionally, you will focus on process improvements, team mentorship, and maintaining high-quality standards to enhance customer experience and overall business success. What you need to succeed: 15+ years of industry experience, with at least 5+ years of professional services experience. Strong hands-on technical skills in Java full-stack development, including Spring Boot, REST API development, Database Systems, and UI technologies like Angular, along with a solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience leading multiple teams simultaneously. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills able to confidently engage with business, IT, and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization (including senior management) on both the client side and within OpenText Lead a team of 20+ across multiple tracks, including BA, QA, developers, design, and product support, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across all functions. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, customize product solutions to meet those needs, and lead the agile delivery process while adhering to SDLC best practices. Provide requirement breakdown, effort estimation, and resource allocation for customer requirements to ensure the successful execution of projects. Ensure 24x7 product support, manage customer issues and escalations, oversee SLAs, lead triage calls, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align delivery with overall business objectives. Provide presales support, including solution design and customer engagement to ensure alignment with client requirements and business goals. Proven experience in client relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and successful service delivery. Experience with DevOps practices, AWS Cloud services, and overseeing the implementation of CICD pipelines to automate and streamline development and deployment processes, ensuring faster and more efficient delivery. Strategic thinking skills with a big-picture orientation, focusing on aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Ensure effective communication within the team, with leaders and relevant stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project statuses, challenges, and successes. Participate in candidate interviews, selection, and hiring decisions, while managing onboarding and overseeing performance management and development plans for the team. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and passionate environment.
