Senior manager - Production planning control

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Production Planning Control at Malabar Head Quarters in Calicut, Kerala, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the production plan to ensure timely production and improve factory utilization. Your role will involve creating a strategic forecast of product requirements at product category levels, including new products, and implementing comprehensive planning and execution processes to consistently deliver high customer service. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing a demand forecast and planning process at product category levels, as well as leading efforts to ensure collaborative forecasts include inputs, assumptions, and market assessments. Additionally, you will design a material requirement plan at an operational and strategic level to drive efficient inventory management, monitor demand plan performance, provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management, and identify future demand process improvements while modifying processes, policies, and procedures as necessary.
