Senior manager - Production planning control

Your role as a Senior Manager - Production Planning Control at Malabar Head Quarters will involve the following responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and monitor production to ensure timely production and enhance factory utilization. - Create a strategic forecast of product requirements at product category levels, including new products. - Implement a comprehensive planning and execution process to consistently deliver high customer service. - Develop and implement a consensus-based demand forecast and planning process at product category levels. - Lead collaborative efforts to ensure forecasts include inputs, assumptions, and market assessments. - Design material requirement plans at operational and strategic levels to drive efficient inventory management. - Monitor demand plan performance to provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management for demand review and SCM meetings. - Identify opportunities for future demand process improvements and adjust processes, policies, and procedures accordingly. As a Senior Manager in the Gold Manufacturing functional area based in Calicut, Kerala, India, you will utilize your B.Com qualification and 6 to 8 years of experience to manage production planning and control effectively.
