Senior Manager Product Line Development

As a Business Requirements Manager at our Pune location, you will be responsible for managing business requirements through the new product introduction process following the Gen3 NPI process. Your primary focus will be on anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating strategy into action and execution, leading by example by encouraging ethical standards, and recognizing and adapting to the need for change. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE/B Tech degree in Mechanical or Electronics & Telecommunications. Additionally, you should possess the Tata Motors Leadership Competencies, which include a strong focus on customer centricity, developing yourself and others, driving execution, leading by example, leading change, and motivating yourself and others.
