You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.Responsibilities.Leadership and Team Management:oLead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality AI products.oFoster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.oMentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth..Strategic Planning and Execution:oDevelop and implement product strategies that align with Agentic AI%27s vision and market needs.oConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.oCollaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features..Technical Expertise:oOversee the technical development of AI products, ensuring robust architecture and scalability.oStay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into product development.oWork closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance..Product Development and Management:oManage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.oDefine product requirements and specifications based on user feedback and market analysis.oMonitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights..Stakeholder Engagement:oCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.oPresent product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership.oBuild strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance product offerings.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications.Proven leadership experience in managing product development teams..Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans..Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders..Technical proficiency in AI technologies and software development processes.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products..Experience in conducting market research and developing product strategies..Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into product development..Strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance product offerings.
