Job Description

You will be responsible for consistently delivering quality contracts through cross-functional alignment, prioritized workflows, and process improvement. Your role will include diverse responsibilities in contract management and processing contract requests ensuring compliance with Client policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for reporting and improving on key metrics as provided by leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead business stakeholders through the management and tracking of the contract pipeline - Operationalize contract workflows to build repeatable mechanisms for intake requests at scale - Own the delivery of the contract by navigating internal customers through Tax, Legal, and other Client processes - Facilitate the contract process from idea to execution through direct engagement with vendors and stakeholders - Ensure alignment with Legal expectations by ensuring the proper use of contract templates and tools - Drive continuous improvement through process and systems enhancements set by leadership - Support global alignment through coordinating with appropriate stakeholders at the Regional and Area levels **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 4-6 years of prior experience in supply chain, procurement, negotiations, finance contract/program management, or related fields - High level of critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously - Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of excellent internal and external customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally - Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook) JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, with operations in over 80 countries and a workforce of over 102,000 individuals worldwide.
