Senior Manager - Process Excellence (Black Belt- Insurance)-Kolkata

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading Process Excellence initiatives with a focus on Black Belt projects in the Insurance domain. Your role will involve practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques, Automation, and deployment of Data analytics, Machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence technologies. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence and demonstrate expertise in DMAIC methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Black Belt projects in the Insurance domain - Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to drive process improvements - Deploy Data analytics, Machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence technologies for operational efficiency - Obtain LSS Black belt certification and possess knowledge of QMS, Master Black belt, Agile, Digital competencies, and PMP certifications - Have at least 8 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional - Willingness to work in all shifts and travel to various locations as per client/organization requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence, with a focus on Black Belt projects in the Insurance domain - Practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques and Automation - Experience in deploying Data analytics, Machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence technologies - LSS Black belt certification is mandatory; QMS, Master Black belt, Agile, Digital competencies, and PMP certifications would be advantageous - At least 8 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional - Willingness to work in all shifts and travel to various locations as required Please note that the Job Code is GO/JC/1725/2025 and the Recruiter Name is Marilakshmi S.,
