Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.
Create and manage Analysis Services models to enhance data insights and improve reporting efficiency.
Connect to a wide range of data sources, import and transform data using Power Query and Power BI Desktop.
Build dynamic visualizations, KPI scorecards, and drill-down reports for business users.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user access within Power BI solutions.
Write DAX queries for calculated columns, measures, and complex data expressions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
Ensure accurate documentation of report logic, design methodology, and data flows for maintainability.
Participate in data quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure consistency and performance of dashboards.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

Proven hands-on experience in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and report publishing
Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI visualizations
Familiarity with implementing row-level security and managing workspace acbucess

Nice-to-Have:

Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data sources
Experience with Azure services, Power BI Gateway, or Power Platform tools
