The position you are applying for will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting controllership and governance initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the review and finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance, resolving auditor queries, and enhancing the Anaplan system to drive key corporate initiatives. You will also play a vital role in strengthening internal controls, collaborating on tax provisioning, and maintaining balance sheet governance. Furthermore, you will assist in the timely closing of books, enhancing management reporting and data analytics, and leading IT projects for finance automation and digitization. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the review and finalization of monthly financial statements, addressing auditor queries, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. You will also contribute to the timely closing of books, provide insights on fast closing and digital transformation, and focus on improving reporting and analytics efficiency through Anaplan utilization. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the FP&A module of Anaplan, streamlining account reconciliation processes, leading IT projects for finance automation, and driving digital initiatives to transition towards automated reporting systems. Your role will also require coordination with internal stakeholders such as plant and business finance teams, senior leadership, and IT teams, as well as external partners including auditors and consultancy firms. To excel in this role, you should possess a CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) qualification with 4-7 years of relevant experience. Your experience should include account reconciliation, internal audit, month-end close, MIS reporting, project management, SAP knowledge, Anaplan expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong accounting skills, attention to detail, effective communication, project management capabilities, and the ability to implement digital tools effectively.,
