Senior Manager- Paytm Travel

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving monthly/quarterly ad revenue targets by offering customized advertising solutions. Additionally, you will develop seasonal and geo-targeted media packages to cater to the specific goals of advertisers in terms of reach, awareness, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new advertisers from sectors such as travel, hospitality, retail, and fintech. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to co-create ad products, enhance targeting capabilities, and enable closed-loop measurement. - Monitor key performance metrics like CTRs, impressions, conversion rates, and retention to optimize campaign performance. - Provide actionable campaign insights and post-sales reports to clients.
