Senior Manager, Network

This is a technical role with people management experience requiring CCNP and above certification, with CCIE certification being preferable. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to networking technologies such as routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls, and security, along with experience in data center networking technologies. As a leader of the technical team responsible for Global Trading infrastructure in a dynamic 24/7/365 production environment, the successful candidate will provide hands-on vendor, network, and system administration. This role demands a broad and deep technology knowledge, project management skills, and people management skills. An interest in the business side, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence are also essential. Responsibilities include managing a team that supports a global network 24/7/365, acting as the main point of contact for technology team stakeholders, enforcing production rules, developing team members" skills, ensuring proper escalation and documentation of issues, upholding client and internal SLAs, managing and troubleshooting network traffic, assisting with hardware installation/maintenance, documenting network connections, working with service providers, managing firewalls and VPN connections, providing technical assistance for incidents, working with telecom providers, resolving network problems, and enforcing operational procedures related to incident management.
