Senior Manager - Medical Services

As the Chief Medical Officer in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading the medical team and overseeing all medical-related matters. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing health and safety programs, providing leadership to the medical team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing medical facilities and resources, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be responsible for integrating health and safety best practices into operational processes, staying updated on industry trends, and acting as a liaison with external medical providers and regulatory bodies. Regular assessments, audits, and reporting will be part of your duties to monitor the effectiveness of health and safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead the development and delivery of medical training, workshops, and awareness campaigns for employees at all levels. Your involvement in strategic planning and decision-making processes will align the medical function with the organization's goals and objectives. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBBS degree along with AFIH certification. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the Metal, Power, Manufacturing, and Health Care industries is required.
