Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Medical Quality to oversee and enhance our quality management systems in the medical sector. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality management systems for medical products and services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality assurance.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and training programs for staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive solutions.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management.
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders regarding quality matters.

Skills and Qualifications

7-11 years of experience in medical quality management or related field.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical industry (e.g., ISO, FDA, ICH).
Strong analytical skills with experience in quality data analysis and reporting.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
