Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Luxury Shopper & Experiential Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and implementing central campaigns for the Luxury portfolio. Your role will involve ensuring toolkit designs align with brand worlds, collaborating with the brand team on national campaigns such as the SDX watch promo, and driving new initiatives while monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Your responsibilities will also include leading strategic multi-city 3rd space activations and coordinating with regional teams for execution. You will identify opportunities for strategic brand tie-ups and in-culture plays, working with external partners and brands that share organizational goals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with luxury brands and key customer cohorts to deliver tailored experiences like HNI dinners, Golf events, Merc, BMW, Watch tie-ups, and Weddings. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for National Key accounts, you will engage with national key accounts SPOC to lead marketing conversations for applicable brands. Monthly reporting on marketing initiatives across accounts, along with National Key accounts, will be part of your responsibilities. To ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, you will establish a robust measurement and feedback mechanism. Conducting business analysis to respond to industry trends and identifying growth opportunities for the company through channels and key customers will be crucial. You will also serve as the central lead for content and paid media for Worldclass, collaborating closely with the Worldclass team for seamless content execution.
