Job Description

As an Intelligent Automation Senior Technical Manager at JBS within JLL, your role will involve collaborating with teams and sponsors to design, execute, and lead transformational change efforts. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading Delivery and Run support RPA teams - Being a subject matter expert in Automation, primarily RPA technologies - Overseeing the development of RPA solutions and supporting the identification of the framework for RPA delivery - Working closely with technology to embed a holistic Automation SDLC - Building effective communications with key stakeholders and project team members - Leading project teams, managing project activities, plans, and documentation - Delivering agreed internal client benefits and coaching project team members - Driving a culture of process re-engineering into automation solution design - Implementing best practices to improve efficiency and scalability - Providing support in QA testing and User Acceptance Testing - Ensuring robust governance and regular report out to achieve defined outcomes To be eligible for this role, you should have: - Extensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm - At least 8+ years of experience in RPA, Gen AI, programming - Extensive experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, Power Automate - Experience with Gen AI tools/tech implementations - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Experience in Solution Design, Development, Testing, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management, and Change Management - Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development - Skills in influencing, teamwork, project management, and analytical thinking You should also possess behavioural competencies such as thinking strategically, driving change, helping others, getting things done, focusing on customers, and inspiring others.,
