Senior Manager, Information Security Operations

• Security Operations Management:

  Oversee daily operations of security solutions including

  firewalls, WAF, DAM, DLP, SIEM, IDS/IPS

  , and endpoint security tools.

• Incident Response:

  Lead and coordinate security incident management, ensuring timely detection, containment, and resolution as per RBI and SEBI reporting norms.

• Compliance & Governance:

  Ensure adherence to SEBI's Cyber Resilience Framework and other circulars for AMCs, and ISO 27001 ISMS requirements. Maintain audit readiness for regulatory inspections.

• Monitoring & Reporting:

  Implement continuous monitoring through SOC, generate compliance and performance reports, and present risk posture to senior management.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and lead the security operations team

  , providing mentorship, performance reviews, and skill development to maintain high operational standards.

• Risk Management:

  Conduct periodic risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests as mandated.

• New Project Implementations:

  Plan, coordinate, and execute implementation of new security technologies and projects, ensuring alignment with SBIMF's strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.

• Automation & Optimization:

  Drive automation initiatives for incident response and operational efficiency.

• Vendor & Third-Party Risk Management:

  Ensure security compliance of vendors and partners as per RBI outsourcing guidelines and SEBI mandates.

• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery:

  Support BCP/DR drills and ensure security readiness for critical systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT security operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies (firewalls, WAF, DAM, DLP, SIEM etc).
• Strong understanding of SEBI cybersecurity regulations and ISO 27001 standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Certifications preferred:

  CISSP, CISM, OEM Product certification
