Job Description

**Role Overview:** As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing at Marriott Bonvoy, your main responsibility will be to lead the ideation and execution of loyalty priorities in the South Asia market. Your role will involve enhancing Marriott Bonvoy's reputation, creating a guidebook for elevating guest experiences, and ensuring alignment across hotels for program enrollment and activation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute the loyalty program and member experience in a locally relevant manner aligned with the global strategy. - Work closely with Operations to ensure the continued execution of loyalty program management. - Drive Marriott Bonvoy enrollments and occupancy goals. - Create annual plans for activating Marriott Bonvoy members with monthly KPIs and milestones. - Lead the development of the overall distributed marketing email strategy. - Develop a holistic approach to drive member activation through targeted offers and communications. - Educate properties and stakeholders on program fundamentals. - Serve as a Loyalty program champion to all stakeholders. - Drive hotel performance on key loyalty metrics and ensure program standards compliance. - Support the evolution and impact of loyalty experiences in F&B, kids, and spa. - Act as the region lead and point of deployment contact for new loyalty initiatives. - Support and lead continent-specific loyalty programming. - Develop and manage reporting to track initiatives that support organizational goals. - Include loyalty mindset components in all related communications and activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree holder preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing with exposure to large-scale loyalty/CRM programs. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for effective offers and promotions. - Well-organized with the ability to manage projects and priorities with on-time delivery. - Experience in influential leadership and collaboration in a diverse environment. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Fluency in written and spoken English. **Additional Information:** Marriott International is the world's largest hotel company, providing numerous opportunities for associates to grow and succeed.
