Senior Manager / GM Commercial and Retail Leasing

As a Senior Manager / GM Commercial & Retail Leasing, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end commercial & retail leasing activities for malls, offices, and premium properties. Your expertise in leasing, business development, and high-value transaction management will be crucial in driving revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing HNI/Ultra-HNI and investor advisory for profitable transactions, handling lease negotiations, agreements, and transaction closures. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong channel partner, broker, and IPC networks, conduct market research, retail expansion surveys, and competitor analysis, and collaborate with design, legal, and technical teams for project execution.
