Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (Compensation and Benefits)

Role Overview: In this role, you will lead the annual compensation review process and collaborate closely with business leaders to design compensation plans aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for benchmarking industry compensation data, recommending appropriate compensation ranges, and year-end increments to attract and retain top talent. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in the firm-wide budgeting and forecasting process, analyze headcount and expense trends for financial planning, and develop financial and non-financial dashboards and simulation models to meet evolving business needs.
