Job Description

As a Senior Manager at Pine Labs, you will play a crucial role in leading the Financial Operations Team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic plans for the department to align with overall business objectives. - Supervising, mentoring, and motivating the team to set performance standards. - Demonstrating knowledge around PAPG/RBI Compliances. - Managing and supervising reconciliation and settlements related activities to maintain an effective and efficient operating model. - Collaborating cross-organizationally and functionally to identify key opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. - Utilizing strong technical and analytical skills to drive success in a team-based environment. - Ensuring timely resolution of any audit points and preparing regular management information and analysis. Qualification required for this role: - Minimum graduation from a recognized University, preferably in the accounting background (B.COM).
