Senior Manager - Finance (International Business)

As the Associate Director - Finance (International Business) at Mosaic Wellness, you will play a key role in driving the finance charter across multiple countries with maturity, precision, and a strong growth mindset. Your responsibilities will include managing core finance operations such as inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and group structuring. You will work on building and managing legal and financial structures for international operations in collaboration with legal, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient expansion. Overseeing cash flow planning, managing foreign exchange exposure, and liaising with local banks for treasury operations will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for setting up scalable systems, policies, and internal controls to manage multi-entity and cross-border financial operations, as well as implementing robust risk management frameworks to protect the business and ensure financial integrity. Championing cross-functional collaboration to embed finance into decision-making processes across geographies will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-10 years of experience, with a background in senior finance roles in high-growth startups or a Big 4 audit background transitioning into operating roles. You must possess strong analytical acumen, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead in ambiguity. Hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) are essential for success in this role. Experience working in a multinational company or managing global subsidiaries will be an added advantage.
