Job Description

As a Senior Manager at the company, you will lead a team of 300+ members in the seamless delivery of P2P activities. Reporting to senior internal and client stakeholders, you will ensure adherence to delivery SLAs/KPIs and overall leadership of the P2P team. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Tower Head for the entire P2P process, driving strategic transitions from clients and overseeing steady-state activities. - Develop and execute the Master Transition Plan (MTP) for processes moving from clients, functioning as a senior program manager. - Monitor and manage resourcing requirements and hiring in alignment with delivery needs and the MTP. - Ensure successful knowledge transition, training, and technology integration for smooth transitions. - Lead the preparation and presentation of reports to stakeholders. - Drive process excellence and innovation across end-to-end P2P processes. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in P2P activities and processes. - Proven track record in strategic transition and service delivery. - Expertise in change management and governance. - Excellent people management and client interfacing skills.
