Senior Manager - ESG - Client Service

Role Overview: As part of M&G Global Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing ESG client queries on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include responding to queries within Salesforce, collaborating with internal SMEs, developing query management processes, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to clients. You will also work on enhancing processes, managing the ESG Query mailbox, and providing insights to support Investment Specialists. Your role will contribute to operational excellence, positive client experience, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage ESG client queries by responding within Salesforce, following agreed procedures, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of responses - Collaborate with internal SMEs to develop strong working relationships and enhance processes for increased efficiency and accuracy - Document new requirements and processes, guide developers on design considerations, and perform required testing - Manage the ESG Query mailbox, direct queries to the right teams, and support teams with prioritization - Respond to firm-level and fund-level questions in clients" ESG questionnaires with a commercial and client-centric approach - Source MI data and provide insights to support Investment Specialists - Support MI tracking and reporting of ESG query volumetrics - Respond to ESG client queries through various data sources and validate responses with SMEs - Build a strong control framework, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement - Participate in adhoc projects and organizational initiatives Qualifications Required: - Confidence, excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach with strong planning and execution skills - Good excel and PowerPoint knowledge, tech-savvy, and proficient in Power BI - Collaborative with stakeholder management skills and experience in the Investment Management industry - Knowledge of ESG concepts is a plus, CFA-ESG certification is an added advantage - Post Graduate in any discipline or Masters in Business Administration - 5+ years of work experience with Asset Management client service exposure - Highly numerate with analytical skills, experience working with databases, and strong communication skills (Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted in this summary.),
