Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure continuous availability and smooth functioning of all electrical systems, including DG power and transformers
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime
Lead, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews of the electrical maintenance team
Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to the team to achieve operational excellence
Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and infrastructure needs
Utilize SAP/ERP systems for maintenance planning, tracking, and reporting (if applicable)
Identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes, and drive implementation

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical/API industry
Strong understanding of electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, and safety protocols
Experience in managing teams and leading maintenance operations
Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is preferred
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
