Our prestigious client is one of India's most important power infrastructure companies. They are at the top of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Renewable, asset ownership, and operations and maintenance services in the three industry segments of generation, transmission, and distribution. Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager - Engineering & Design (E&D) Solar to use data collected by the BD team to design appropriate solar plants for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience designing decentralized solar projects for C&I clients and will interact with the EPC team to finalize the design. This role will be responsible for designing energy storage solutions for clients using data collected by the BD team. The ideal candidate will have experience in BESS, energy storage, and new technologies, and will interact with EPC team for design assistance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data collected by the BD team to determine the appropriate size of solar plants. Design the final solar plant for clients. Interact with EPC team for any design assistance required. Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in solar power. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 10 years of experience in designing decentralized solar projects for C&I clients. Strong understanding of solar plant design principles. Strong understanding of BESS and energy storage technologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
